Project Description:
Context:
The project site for the Multi – Functional Complex (MFC), Gwalior is located in the circulating area of the existing Gwalior railway Station.
Project:
The project is planned to be located over a land of 1760 Sq.mt.
and Total Built up Area is 3200 Sq.mt. Estimated Project Cost Is 6.88 Cr.
The MFC can be broadly divided into 4 main functions and they are:
(1)Hospitality functions,
(2) Commercial functions
(3) Support services and administration functions
(4) Engineering Service functionsÂ
Role of DAG:
Architecture, Structure, Electrical Engineering, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Detection & Fire Fighting, Interiors and Periodic Supervision
