Context:
The project site for the Multi – Functional Complex (MFC), Allahabad is located in the circulating area of the existing railway Station (towards the city side).
Project:
The project is planned to be located over a land of 1700 Sq.m. and total Built up area is. 3050 Sq.mt Estimated Project Cost is 6.56 Cr.
The MFC can be broadly divided into 4 main functions and they are:
(1) Hospitality functions,
(2) Commercial functions
(3) Support services and administration functions
(4) Engineering Service functions
Hospitality Functions consisting of budget hotel rooms, a meeting room and a restaurant,.
Commercial Functions consisting of shops and a food plaza.
Shops: shops have been provided at the ground floor front side. glazing of the front of the shop.
