The site of the project is a hilly terrain of Gangtok facing the great Kanchenjunga Peaks of the Himalayas mountain range.

It is a 60 room centrally air conditioned hotel having built-up area of 12,000 sq. mt. Public areas include a Double Height Lobby, a Restaurant and a Bar. A Casino has been added recently. The roof of the building has been so designed that it harmonises with the traditional roofing system of Sikkim.
Another 23 rooms have been added to the property.
